This track is based heavily on (some might say a shameless ripoff of) "I'm going home" by Pat "the Bunny" Schneeweis. patthebunny.bandcamp.com/track/im-going-home

Pat's songs have often struck a nerve of painful longing with us, and although German audiences speak English, it's often simpler to transport ideas if you talk to them in German. For this reason, and also because it's a chance to develop existing ideas further, we occasionally translate songs to our mother tongue. We really hope Pat doesn't mind.
